e-College.ac Ltd is able to offer a complete solution for institutions wishing to develop their e-learning capacity. The company can assist from initial consultations, through institutional strategy development, project based developments, academic accreditation to embedding as core business.

Projects will normally begin with an informal discussion about institutional or partnership objectives and the drawing up of a draft proposal. Depending on the scope and requirements of the initiative, negotiations will be undertaken with all key stakeholders to secure commitment and agree roles, responsibilities and funding.

Following successful procurement of funding, the company will then provide management services to the level agreed with the lead partner. This will typically include day to day project management, the production of all project reports and budget information for the lead institution and the funding body, and the tracking of progress against agreed targets.

Company Fees

The fees to be charged by e-College.ac for services provided will be variable according to the requirements of the funding bodies.

Typically, the funding bodies require evidence of value for money and the individual costs of all contributors to project activities would be expected to satisfy that requirement.

Fees will therefore be based on the senior academic manager salary rates of the lead institution adjusted, pro-rata, for the time spent on the project.

A budget allocation will be agreed at the start of the projects against which the company will claim on a monthly basis. This will include travel, subsistence and agreed non-staffing costs.
